Eight years of dedicated service took a turn last month when Planned Parenthood director Abby Johnson handed in her resignation. Having confronted the actual procedure her organization provided, she knew she could no longer promote it. Many mothers encounter their child in a new way seeing them in an ultrasound; for Johnson it was watching an ultrasound of an abortion that opened her eyes to what she had been supporting.
