One of the good things of having friends in town is you return to the places you hadn’t visited for a while . . . having been away in Israel all last semester, it’d been months since I’d wandered through the Forum.
The twilight caught some of the evening stillness.

Those pictures are perfectly gorgeous. The lighting couldn't be better. Who took those?? From the sky to the ground, great.
I was shooting those with an Olympus SW700 . . . but the model didn't really matter: it was just a beautiful night.
I'll say. Reminds me of old Kirk douglas films.(But prettier.) Enjoy every second you have there. The more pictures you can snap the better but take it all in for yourself first. Envious as always.
